+++ CALL FOR PAPERS +++ WORKSHOP +++ CALL FOR PAPERS +++ WORKSHOP +++
I am organizing a Workshop „From ingroup bias to collective action“ at the Center for Advanced Studies at LMU Munich, December 12-13, 2019!
In this workshop I bring together different perspectives and research investigating the development of group cognition, with a particular focus on intragroup processes. Topics include but are not limited to the formation and consequences of ingroup attitudes (e.g., ingroup bias, loyalty, identity fusion, collaboration) as well as factors that facilitate or impede ingroup cohesion and collective action (e.g., shared emotions, common goals, psychological properties, peer relationships).
I invite submissions that are relevant to the topic of the workshop, from any revelant disciplinary perspective (developmental psychology, social psychology, sociology, anthropology). Submissions may cover theoretical perspectives, methodological considerations, empirical research, field research or interventions.
The workshop will take place at the Center for Advanced Studies at LMU Munich, Germany, December 12 to 13, 2019. There is no registration fee. Travels and accommodation of successful candidates will be fully covered.
To apply, please send an abstract (250-500 words) to email@example.com until July 26, 2019. Decisions will be e-mailed by August 2nd, 2019.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me as well!
